HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
There are 2 ways to schedule an appointment. You may either call (407) 668-3615 to schedule by phone or you can go to the APPOINTMENTS section on this website. When you get there, simply fill out and submit the online form and we will get back to you within 1 hour to schedule a time.
WHAT IF I NEED TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO YOUR OFFICE?

HOW ARE YOUR DOCTORS DIFFERENT?
Our doctors are highly trained to evaluate, diagnose, and properly treat musculoskeletal injuries, which are common in accidents. Our doctors only treat patients who can benefit from their care.
